"Can I give them 10 stars? My experience at this LaserAway is nothing short of amazing. My first visit was with Kai – she was patient and kind describing all that would happen and what to expect. During the visit, she kept me informed, checked in with me, and explained to me what to expect moving forward. My second appointment with Whitney was just as great! She was helpful in answering my questions and also talked to me about other treatments available as I had questions about some of the facials. Luckily, I was able to speak with Michelle at the front desk about all my questions. Michelle was patient and answered so many of my questions in an honest way. I had no idea what I wanted or needed, but she gave me the rundown of all treatments available and then took the time to really get to know me, my skin, and my why to help me create a plan of what treatments to sign up for next. It wasn’t in a pushy or “sales-y” way. She legitimately was answering my questions, but wanted to get to know more about me to give me the best guidance. I was on the fence about one treatment and when it went on sale she remembered and reached out to tell me about it! I look forward to seeing her just as much as my laser treatments. I have a beauty plan for hair removal, facials, and some skin tightening. It feels good to not only trust the place I am going, but to like the people helping me reach my beauty goals. "Do yourself a favor and don't spend any money with this group! they book out 4-6 weeks so if you have an appointment conflict you will be significantly delayed. They stopped offering services at the location closest to me and refuse to refund money spent. They cancelled on me last minute and still gave me a hard time about rescheduling! They continue to aggressively sign up new customers even thought they can't handle their existing customer base. STAY AWAY!"
