"This was my first visit to the salon. Breanna was amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She asked great follow-up questions I was thankful for because they were some things I didn’t think about before hand. Since I’m not from the area she helped me better understand the difference in the water and gave me great suggestions on how to manage my hair. The entire experience was great. I will definitely be back and suggest this salon/stylist to everyone!"

"I love this salon and my stylist N’kenya Robinson. I’ve been coming to this salon for well over 2+ years the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it’s bright and everyone is super friendly. The best is my stylist. I have fine thin hair and in my opinion it’s hard to find someone who understands how to cut it giving it volume. N’kenya is awesome! She listens and gives me her honest opinion on whether a style will work for me and makes sure I can style it after I leave the salon. Honestly, you won’t find a better salon anywhere."

"I had an appointment 11-16 with Serena @ 1130, got there 10 minutes early just to be brought back around 12:05. Serena didn't come to greet me and let me know that she was running behind due to another client, I had to ask to front desk person and she was the one to inform me. Once I get in the chair and let Serena know I wanted closest to black that I could go, she ended up putting a copper/red color on my hair to cancel out my blonde, I get that washed and dried, then she puts the dye in my hair, washes me then I noticed there was STILL red in my roots but she didn't even notice that which is alarming to me so she goes to dye my hair for a 3rd time because she realized she didn't put the right dye in my hair. At this point I've lost my patience. She washes my hair and then her and Felix dry my hair together, Felix handed me a mirror and I started crying immediately in the salon chair. STILL red tinted. She mentions that she didn't put in the permanent dye in my hair and that this is all on her. I was at a loss of words. All in all, Serena needs to learn time management, customer service/friendliness, and knowledge of salon products she is using on her clients. On top of this, she didn't get the hair stains off my face before washing me and I didn't walk about of the salon til about 3:50 when my appt should have been done by 1. Completely ruined and wasted my entire day."
