"Crazy how many people are leaving 5 star reviews. Seems I'm the sucker that had a bad experience. Got an oil change a while back, everything seemed great but as soon as I drove away there was a rattle that wasn't there before. After a month or so I took it back for another oil change and told them about the rattle. After they had my truck all day regardless that I dropped it off in the morning, they told me it was because my motor mounts were bad OR they could cut up the carpet beneath the driver seat "where the rattle was coming from". Wanted to charge me $1200 to replace the mounts so I told them no thanks. The next oil change I needed I drove back to my old neighborhood and went to my old mechanic. Within 5 minutes they solved the rattle issue and told me my mounts were still fine. Months later I'm still driving and my truck is doing great, other than a few other problems that sprung up as soon as I took it to this shop. It could all be coincidence, maybe the mechanic was having a bad day and only did this to me for some reason, maybe there was no malicious intent, all I know is I don't trust this shop because of this and will continue driving back to my old neighborhood instead of going around the corner to this place. Oddly enough this place was recommended by a trusted friend."

"Graham & Adam go out of their way to ensure that you get back on the road ASAP. If a part fails and needs to be replaced there are no hoops to jump through they just take care of it. These guys are great. Cindy knows how to attract and keep great team members! Been going to them for many years and have yet to be disappointed."

"2010 GTI Plugs and injector replaced. Car works great. They left plastic engine cover off. Called shop to advise and said found 2 others but not mine. Surprised they didn’t offer to replace it so guess we have to buy one. Update: Shop called back next day to say they would source and replace the plastic engine cover."
