"Jack said he would rebuild our Scout. It's been sitting at his shop since Aug 2021. He was paid 20k for a complete rebuild, body work and painting. It was to have been completed by June of 2022. He bought the engine and tyranny but has not done any thing else. It has been sitting untouched for nearly 8 months. And now he says to come get it, because he doesn't want to mechanic any more. Biggest case of fraud and breech of contract I've ever encountered. In talks with a lawyer."
