My perm by her lasts for more than a year..every single time!!! I do not know how, but it is. My hair look very naturally wavy and healthy. Gracie is so kind and gentle. I love going to Prova... "It’s a very neat looking salon , the stylists are so nice and great at what they do! I was recently in there not too long ago accompanying my friend who was getting her hair colored (came out beautiful by the way) and I over heard the receptionist (can’t remember her name) take a call and she was EXTREMELY RUDE with someone that was making an appointment. I saw the faces she was making and I felt so uncomfortable , she said “well is she going to be able to afford the service?” Then she said “is she going to be on time ?” WHY WOULD SHE EVER SAY THAT? I had been hesitant on typing this review but I cannot stop thinking about it . I would hate to ever have to speak with her again. She probably drives clients away and it’s sad because they stylists are amazing and unfortunately , she’s the first person you see or talk to."
