"Went to use some credits I had before they expire. The immediate availability was convenient however, the customer service have a lot of room for improvement. The guy in the front desk was very nice, when I explained what I was there for, he told me how to best utilize the credits before the expiration which I appreciate. Now, when I decided to update a facial to use 2 credits, one esthetician that was in the front area stated that she was not prepared to do my facial when literally she had no one in her schedule, but ok, she gave him another esthetician's name and problem solved. I had my updated facial which was ok, but not what I was expecting. Microderm that was very superficial and quick and she recommended red therapy light which lasted literally about 2 mins max. I can't tell the difference in my skin from before and after the facial. Also, she didn't touch my nose at all during the exfoliation session, even after saying that I had some blackheads. I told them I needed a face cleanser and I stated I was looking for a gel cleanser, they recommended one which was gel/foamy, when I used it this morning is cream/lotion consistency. And this morning I noticed I have 2 transactions in my card, one for the cleanser and another that was made after I left the place without authorization or receipt. Again, there's a lot of room for improvement, but definitely not a location I would return to or recommend someone else to go for facial needs."

"I called a made 2 appointments for my friend and I as part of our girls day. I had to call twice because the first person I was speaking with, “Sam” got to the point to where we book the appointments and then disconnected. I had already given my phone number to him but after 30 seconds of waiting for him to call back, I ended up calling them. Sam was on the other line (weird) so a different lady helped me. The day of the appointment came and about 2-3 hours before my scheduled massage, I got a call my tech had an emergency and they had to cancel my appointment. There were no other appointments available that day so I asked to reschedule my friends to a day we both could get in. “Janette” advised me I would be charged a cancellation fee since it was within 24 hours. Stated there was nothing she could do as the system would automatically charge me once she canceled it. I asked for a manager only to be told they don’t work weekends and she would schedule a call back for Monday or Tuesday. Fine. Tuesday afternoon comes and I still haven’t received a call. I call again and spoke with “Jack” who sounded just like Janette. She said all managers were in virtual training and they wouldn’t be available for the next few days and again she would schedule a call back but this time advised Melissa would be calling back. I waited over a week and got nothing. I called again and the phone rang FOREVER. Finally when someone answered it ended up being a location in California that the call had rolled over to. I told her the situation and within minutes I was refunded. Seems like it’s just this location that struggles with customer service and hopefully this will help bring awareness to obtain better representatives."

"Booked a last minute massage and facial for me and 2 friends while we were in town and they did a fantastic job of getting us in. We all had an amazing experience! They were professional and helped me feel very comfortable! Also, was very clean!"

"Top notch providers! Clean rooms and common areas. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Grace, Lupe and Julian for massages and Laura, Michelle and Damaris for facials. I enjoyed each person for a different reason and all of them for being knowledgeable about the treatments they’ve given me. Laura has given me a Diamond glow facial, pro-pen facial and changed up the skincare routine I thought I needed to be on. Michelle and Damaris both gave me hydrating facials that my skin and face desperately needed. With the three of them, I have seen a drastic change in my face and neck - I’m always glowing and getting compliments on my skin! I’ve seen so far Grace for a trigger point massage, Julian for a targeted area on my lower back, and Lupe for targeted treatments on my upper back. The three of them have gotten rid of my headaches, my lower and upper back feel much better, and the following days after my massages I feel less stressed and lighter on my feet."
