I had the pleasure to be part of the Monday Morning Makovers Team back in the days. There is no owner in Arizona that to this day invest as much money and time into training as Rolf does. Every individual that is lucky enough to join his team and has the drive and determination to become the best Stylist will become just that after completing Rolfs meticulous worldwide recognized and respected training. Anyone that is complaining about the price ~ you get what you pay for! Please do not tell me that you had no idea what the price is or will be for your service. If price is a concern to begin with: 1.) Get a free consultation first for a price quote! 2.) Ask for price prior to the actual service. Services are priced accordingly, you have to understand the products Rolf salon uses are Top of the line professional haircare. You will not find this expensive of a products on backbar in any salon around here. Yet Rolf has always believed that it is important for people to experience the difference it makes to use the Best products during their hair Service...the math is simple...it's going to cost more! The message to thouse of you that write these cost concerning reviews from me is this: You are worth it! ~ especially if you were lucky enough to find them with the overwhelming amount of choices. Obviously you were looking for something better. I'm very impulsive person when it comes to my hair...so I wanted to get my hair done today. Lucky enough Amy master colorist was available...I luv that they cross offer cut with their cutting specialist to complete your look if they can accomodate both services and you (I) didn't think about it when scheduling your (mine) service. Anyways ~ I walked out feeling like million dollars. I'm licenced cosmetologist for over 20 years I highly recommend Rolfs Salon to anyone. Tip! Try their express treatments they are AWESOME. If you have very specific look in mind bring a picture. Even the Best hair Stylists are not mind readers. Thank you Rolf ~ you are true Beauty industry Icon and I really appreciate you!"

"I've been going to the Foothills salon for over 3 years consistently. Lettie would cut my hair every 6 weeks and Frank would color my hair every so often. I would always schedule my next appointment before leaving the salon from the current appointment. I noticed about 4 haircuts ago that there seemed to be a timing issue with my appointments not starting on time, which I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes, where i made sure i was always on time or early. About a week after I had my last haircut and booked my next appointment, I got a call from a very rude girl who said she was cancelling my appointments with Lettie and Frank, no real reason given other than they can't cut or color my hair. What??? I waited a few weeks, then called the Dana park location to see who they had that could cut my hair. They told me Lettie, Frank, and Stephen were gone from the Chandler Foothills location and not working for Rolfs any longer. I was shocked. I then wanted an appointment at the Dana park location, but they told me they could only book me at the Foothills, since this is where I had gone before. I made an appointment to have my haircut with Wells next month at the Foothills location. I will try him once to see how it goes. I always believed Rolfs salon to have a good reputation and treat their clients with respect. I hope they have corrected theirs issues and are back on track with keeping a good repor with their clients."

"I've been going here for years, and they never disappoint! The staff is friendly, the service is great, and the stylists know exactly what they are doing. The stylist I see is Amy, and she is always very helpful and provides me with great tips. When I'm not totally sure of what to do with my haircut or color, she always points me in the right direction. Almost every time I come in I have a ton of questions for her regarding what works well with my fine hair (cut, color, styling, etc), and she always has the answers! Love this salon!"
