"This Gental dental outlet is like a car dealership, being the service department is 1 animal, the billing/finance/sales department is another. The hygenists (service dept.) do fantastic work. The billing here and management make things difficult to except your dental insurance plan and tend to pawn you off to do the groundwork to get the billing squared away between both partys, Thats THEIR job, You present the insurance card. On top of that they forced me to pay out of pocket because they were too lazy to process my claim with United Concordia. They are a large corporate chain where profit is king, and cutting corners is acceptable, and they prefer to cater to the higher heeled clientell. I have switched to a family practice, and they even lied about tranfering my dental xrays and records. Was with them for 7 years when I first had a good experience. Don't be overswayed by all the the 5 star reviews. They ONCE were good, lest your upper income, your probably good, beware otherwise. Robert retired at 69."

The minute your walk into the door you are greeted by Wonderful SMILES from whoever happens to be sitting at the Front Desk that particular day. You can just simply sign in or take a seat and wait to be seen by some of the greatest professional individuals you will EVER meet. Dr. Susman is an awesome dentist and while I have not had to see her for anything in particular she always has and ELEGANT smile on her face. The person I really want to give a SHOUT out to is Michelle Hayes......my dental Hygienist. She is absolutely AWESOME......and always has an ELEGANT smile on her face. She literally taught me exactly how to take care of my teeth and gums and in the two years I have been seeing her my teeth and gums have NEVER been healthier. She is extremely intelligent and she takes the time to break down your dental hygiene status so you can have a healthier overall mouth. I can't thank her enough and if you visit this office ask for her by name......I mean it!!!!! This is a great office with a great staff of dental professionals......if your looking for next dental office......ELEGANT SMILE DENTISTRY is your ONLY choice!!!!!!"
