"My 2014 IS 250 Driver’s side blowers were blowing hot and the passenger’s side were blowing cold. I Took it in. Presented my extended warranty and they gave me a loaner RX 350. 2 days later Lexus replaced the 4 blower motors. My extended warranty covered it 100%!! I picked the car up and ran an errand. An hour later, my moonroof would not open. I called Lexus back and asked if the battery was disconnected they said no. They took the vehicle again and gave me a 300h. Turns out the moonroof motor broke and needed replaced. Extended warranty covered 100%. Extended warranty paid for itself in just one week! $4500 for repairs that were covered by my warranty.
