"Came in and listed my name. Waited 20 min and got seated. Once I was seated I was told to wait another 1-2 minutes because a white lady decided to not list her name and throw a fit. Good to know that if I was white and threw a fit, I could’ve been served sooner. I decided to leave and not wait as I was in a hurry, she came running and asking me to go back but I mentioned I would reschedule. The lady rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look. If your white and a karen, expect to be above everyone else, good for yall white folks."

"Poor quality. Ever since Diana stopped working here, I've gotten my eyebrows ruined twice. Today for the second time, I asked to get a clean up only, since I'm a man who likes his eyebrows thick. And once again my eyebrows were thinned way too much. & I still tipped due to my generosity although it wasn't deserved. Bring Diana back 2024. Reply: I did not catch her name, apologize. I think she might have been a new hire, as it was my first time seeing her. However I did make sure she was aware I did not like the results/thinness. As I specifically asked for a simple clean up. I also paid in cash, no receipt was given. This was around 1pm-2pm this afternoon."

"3.5. I went in today and a young girl /young woman helped me. I think she’s new and doesn’t have a lot of experience which is ok. She didn’t butcher my eyebrows, but she missed some parts and didn’t get shape good even after asking to remove a bit more (but She was very nice!). I just don’t think this service today was worth $13 though ❗️And third time overall where I was disappointed with my eyebrow outcome here:( this place is good overall, I say just stick to your favorite person who does your brows good here. I will be checking the new eyebrow place nearby or going somewhere else."
