"I had work done on my front left, and 9 months later, my wheel bearing failed. This was replaced, allegedly, with my insurance claim. Bell Road Toyota Body shop and another shop in Phoenix both diagnosed the front wheel bearing, but Andy with the Collision center talked to me like I was an idiot saying I just need to replace my tires and then come back and see him if there is still a sound. My tires have less than 30k miles and the sound and howling when I reverse and accelerate are not tires. Plus, my ABS light periodically turns on. I am going to have to contact the news because the part is under warranty, so not sure why Andy refused to even do a proper inspection."
