"I have rented a suite in a Phenix Salon Suites before for a few years. It was in SoCal to be exact. It was an ok experience and tbh, I’m being extremely generous when I say ok. I came to the Arizona area to see how my business would do at a Phenix Salon there. I met Nancy and just KNEW I had to rent a space from one of her salons! Talk about a game changer for me. She was completely opposite of what I was use to at Phenix Salons. She is very kind, caring and hands on when it comes to her salons and her tenants. She explained everything in detail and even though she is the sweetest ever, she handles business and won’t allow nonsense in her salons. It was a complete breathe of fresh air. I was also blown away at how many long timers she had there renting with her. So many for so many years. That says a lot about her management skills. I’m sold. You will be very happy at one of her salons and if there isn’t one close, then drive to the nearest one… you won’t regret it!"
