Glenna greeted me with a smile, and we had great conversations throughout my waxing session. She even stepped out of the room to give me privacy to undress—a rare courtesy these days. "What a FABULOUS first impression! Glenna is that "WOW FACTOR" and was more personable than I could have imagined!! It's already hard enough to expose the most intimate part of your body to a complete stranger, but Glenna made me feel warm & fuzzy from the time I walked into BARE ARIZONA!! She greeted me with her warm infectious smile, introduced herself, & offered the restroom to me (which I definitely needed lol). Glenna left the room as I undressed & left a small towel for me to cover my waist as waited for her to return, and a small disposable wipe for me to use prior to waxing. When she returned, she asked if this was my first-time waxing, where I had gone previously, & what type of wax I preferred. I've been getting a Brazilian Wax for almost 4 years and NO ONE has ever been as thorough as Glenna with her questions & even explaining her entire process!
