"This place is a mess! First they sent me to the wrong address. Then when I got rescheduled and got in the lady that examined my teeth seemed like it was her first day on the job. Didnt know where anything was and was wearing gloves that are twice as big as her hands. She put a finger in my mouth and felt around which I thought was very odd and did not even notice obvious cavities that I had already mentioned and had to remind her about. Then they were supposed to do whatever they do to get approval from my I insurance and schedule my next appointment. That was over a month ago and I haven't heard anything from them. I could go on and on about how unprofessional they are but if you talk to whoever answers the phone you will know what I'm talking about."

"I had a great experience with an extraction. The tall beautiful Dental Surgeon educated in California and born in India thought a back molar was the result of smoking something which concerned me as a medical field surgeon and amphibious rescuer. It was achieved by Dr Loo, D.D.S. who used a high speed drill to fix the exposed nerve from grinding my teeth at night. My bruxism is from stress due to my past life as a combatant and medic that has P.T.S.D. as well. As a young man that took the dental boards however, never practiced Dentistry was confused as to the Lady from India(s) retort. Other than that the pain medication which did not match what is typical of an extraction the group was very efficient and professional."

"1 star too many. Will not be returning. Advise you not to as well. Horrible place do not go here. I came for consultation and i waited about an hour. 30ish minutes into my waiting, the (i believe) Dental assistant got to the office and finally took me In. Not only was she late, she had long false nails and did NOT use gloves when she put the cover on the scanner to take my tooth X-ray. I was scheduled for my tooth extraction but they called to cancel cus their office would be closed on that day and they were supposed to call back to reschedule. Never got the call, so I called. We got a new date set and when I showed up the office is closed Again getting remodeled. Very unprofessional and unhygienic. Only reason I came was because my insurance covered the procedure. But oh well this place is ridiculous"

"This practice had changed hands from my previous dentist, and I’m very glad I stayed with this location. The Doctor and her staff are very professional and personable. They take a caring approach to the oral health of my entire family, and have taken the time to get to know each of us a little more with each visit. The facility is clean and well organized and has some nice music playing softly in the background. Not only will I continue to put my trust in this Doctor and her team, but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to keep their teeth in good shape!"
