"Needed some work done on my car, was told Hector would be able to do, weeks later car still untouched, sitting where it was towed. Paid $250 to get it done & when I’d finally had enough & towed it else where, asked many times & Hector refused to give money back. The things people will do to not give your money back. Wouldn’t recommend this place or mechanic. You’ve been warned!!"

"We had such a great experience working with Route 80 Auto. We were skeptical at first since a lot of dealerships of this size can be scammy and pushy to close the deal. Our experience with Alonso has been just the opposite. Not only is he a kind and engaging guy with a tremendous knowledge about the cars he’s selling and the industry as a whole, he was also very patient and responsive regarding any concerns that we shared. We purchased one car from Route 80 Auto a couple of years back and it has been running fantastically since then. Alonso is knowledgeable, ethical and collaborative and has been a pleasure to work with and we’d recommend his dealership to anyone looking for a good used car. Alonso is the rare dealership owner that will go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of you.
