"Okay I was super impressed with the personal my son has autism and he doesn't like to get his haircut he wouldn't sit in the chair for the haircut he wanted to be standing up so the lady approached him standing up and started to touch his hair and he was okay with that so she started to cut his hair stand it up!!! He wasn't completely okay with it but he let himself so he got all of his hair she was very nice and kind so I give them like a ten thumbs up for having that patience definitely will go back she was so nice about it and so quick on moving when he moved, he loved it."

"I made an appointment online and when I arrived, they told me they weren’t available at the time of my appointment. She said they hadn’t looked at their online scheduling today, however I had booked that appointment 3 days prior. She said I could come back later that day and they would be available then. Initially, I had said okay, but ended up going to LEEKAJA HAIRBIS, which got me in same day and did an amazing job. I had a much better experience, but I definitely do not recommend JGlow Beauty Studio."

"I made an appointment to shave my legs, underarms and eyebrows. After spending more than 4 and a half hours in the studio because the lady couldn't shave my legs in fact I helped her finish, (it came out a not good final result, legs with patches of hair). I had scabs under my eyebrows for a week because the wax didn't work(this is what they told me. Finally, after all the time spent, and and the terrible experiencea I paid $150. I went to another esthetician to complete the shave. next time I recommend telling the customer you don't do this kind of service rather than saying yes but not being able to handle this kind of situation."

"What an absolute gem. Right in downtown Chandler surrounded by restaurants & shopping & just a very quaint area. I'm from California & I desperately needed my hair done for an event I was attending in Chandler. It was my lucky day. By chance I chose JGlo & I was so pleased & impressed by Yersina's professionalism & knowledge of the business. I have returned to Chandler to attend a wedding & she was able to accommodate me on short notice. I trust her completely. I told Yersenia I needed a change & to make me look 10 years younger. Yersenia did not disappoint. I'm so happy with my transformation. I love her creativity, professionalism, & warm friendliness. Thank you sooo. "Jessy is amazing! I have been her client for a year. I love that she works by appointments and when you are there, she makes you feel very comfortable. I also got a facial done and it was fabulous, my skin felt so refresh and healthy. I can’t wait to get another facial again. Prices are are very fair."
