"Walked in the door and was greeted with a friendly smile and a handshake. We told Jeremy what type of trailer we were looking for with specific features. Jeremy walked us around and showed us what was available on the lot. He asked if we would be open for a used trailer which they had. It wasn’t exactly what we wanted but very close. Jeremy took down the information on the trailer that we wanted so he could call his suppliers to see what and when it could be available. We left giving him time to contact his supplier. Later that afternoon we contacted Jeremy. We were able to strike a deal on the used trailer but since he hadn’t been able to get any information on a new one we would give him some time to get us that information. We chose to go with the used trailer. Jeremy had the mechanic check the trailer over as requested. The transaction went smooth and seamless. I looked at several trailers between 2 of their dealerships before buying a 14ft PJ trailer at the New River location. I had a lot of questions, and the guys took the time to help me feel good about my purchase. They did a thorough inspection of the trailer before helping me hitch it up for the first time. I also needed to order matching locks from Proven Industries, and the parts department guy was happy to help. I appreciate that he followed through with calling as soon as they arrived, and even offered to help me change the lock cylinders out when I came to pick them up which was greatly appreciated.
