"I have been going to this salon since I was a little girl and my mom would take me to get my nails done, I have been a long time and loyal customer and I had the worst experience I have ever had at any nail place. I went in to quick get my acrylics taken off, a set that I had gotten done at happy feet a few weeks earlier, and it was the most aggressive removal I have ever had. I have had multiple removals here. She split my nail and drew blood and left acrylic on most of my nails. I went up to pay and they had raised the prices to $15 for a removal that was painful, ruined my nails, and where she did not even file my nails smooth after the fact. I stayed behind to speak with the front desk to share my experience and make a note in my file that I never wanted that tech again. For such a long time customer I figured she would do something more, maybe refund me for the service but no such thing. Rather she seemed dismissive of my grievances. I have recommended happy feet to multiple people over the years. I’m afraid to say that I have many amazing experiences but if this is not remedied I’m done going here."
