"I see a pattern from some reviews, Jonathan the hair stylist in Suite 34, did the same thing to me, he tried to make me feel bad about having an $89 Groupon for $200 of salon services, a hair cut and full highlights. He said he couldn't do the highlights and I needed color correction and was going to cost much more. Not once did he inspect my hair, or touch it. My hairs in very good shape and I was very alarmed at his attitude and rude behavior. He also made me feel bad for wanting to use my $89 Groupon. I called him in advance of our appointment to see if he had any issues with my Groupon and he said no. I wanted to make sure he would honor it. I was wrong. I left, I was so sad and disappointed in him and the whole experience. I was originally so excited about my appointment."
