"I want a refund. She asked what are we doing today? I said same, 1/2 off the top, 1/4 on the sides and just snip the ends on the back. It's too short, I'm growing it out 2 inches in the neckline. My hairline is now 3 inches higher and was hacked short. She never cut the top. I asked her what and why are you doing to my hair?She replied it was so uneven because of the last cut she had to go short. Interesting, I replied, you are the last person that cut my hair! Language Barrier? I don't know. What I know is I will not be back and when people ask what happened to my hair they will hear the full story. Hair grows, no biggy, but paying for something I did not ask for really sucks!!!"
