"Canceled appointment and still got multiple requests to leave review.. also, minimal follow up regarding daughter having multiple insurances outside of sending the same balance even when request for info has occurred several times. Dental hygienists have always been great."
"i took all 3 of my kids there yesterday from the first phone call to yesterday was amazing when i scheduled my kids all three the lady was patient and helpful and got them in all around the same time 930 930 and 10 am all three of my kids were called back before their times and all three said it was amazing with how nice everyone was. my daughter has some dental work that needs to be done so they even did some yesterday which again is amazing. i loved the feel of the place. they make taking 3 kids to the dentist stress free. could not say enough amazing things about them ."
"We have been going somewhere else for a long time. There were always issues about our insurance. We decided that as a patient we shouldn't be going through this and changed. Our 1st visit to Dental Depot was amazing! We didn't have to sign anything about our treatment and what insurance covers as they were knowledgeable of our plan. Their office staff was friendly and obviously welcoming from the first phone call I had with Samantha. We were there for a periodontal cleaning and by the time we were done we both felt WOW what a difference. We met the dentist to discuss xrays and exam and results no issues and no extras pushed on us. A very pleasant and happy experience and we look forward to our next cleaning in a few months. Thank-you!"

"First time here. Everyone is very nice, eager to help, and just gives an overall welcoming vibe. The whole experience was seamless from the scheduling over the phone, insurance billing, to the visit itself. When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted and more importantly was seen at my scheduled time, which I highly value. The office was pleasantly spacious & clean. My provider was easygoing and I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend Dental Depot!"
