"Although they've been great in person, discovered the oil access panel was missing on my skid plate after having the oil changed. I called and was told "if its missing, it must not have been there before the oil change" No one else has touched my truck. I had personally been under the truck prior to the service, and it was absolutely there. Completely unacceptable."
