"I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for 10 years. I have had a few issues with the dealership here and there and have always had it worked out until this appointment l.Called a few weeks ago to make an appointment. Didn't get any confirmation email or text to confirm my appointment. Drove up last weekend thinking it was my last weekend only to find out I wasn't on the schedule. Couldn't find my name on the schedule. Oops my fault, it was for this weekend. Show up to my 10 o'clock appointment only to find out it was at 9. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and said it happens every once in a while, but they were slow and could get me in. The service advisor, Austin, comes out and says they are fully booked and he would need my car until Tuesday to squeeze me in. That isn't going to work. I have a life and can't just leave my car. Well, he comes out with a phone and says some phone number is attached to this car's VIN which is why I'm not getting the confirmations. Well, the number on file is not mine I have never even had that number and I am the only owner of this vehicle. He didn't offer to update the number or look to schedule a different time for me to come back a third time. I will NEVER go back to this Hyundai dealership. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone either."

"Updated review 2/2/24: Justin was true to his commitment to resolving the issues I was experiencing with my car. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. I appreciated his follow through and even more I valued the customer service he provided to ensure my peace of mind driving my car. He and his team went above and beyond the entire duration my car was in for service. Thank you Justin. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership less than 2 months ago. They were so eager to sell and get rid of the vehicle they hid faulty issues with the car. The sales person Alex, repeatedly assured me they would take care of me during the purchase process and assured me the vehicle was serviced. I called him 2 weeks after regarding car troubles and he blew me off. I had tire, alignment, battery and wiper fluid motor pump issues all within 7 weeks. It’s really disappointing to encounter car problems shortly after buying the vehicle and then being told they will not fix them. How certain things were overlooked during their inspection, is a concern itself. If you’re looking to buy a car from this dealership, I would highly recommend consulting with your own mechanic before finalizing a purchase. Unfortunately the sales and service team will not be fully honest with you."

Nick helped to secure us a good financing deal for it as well. Chauncey did an excellent job detailing the car too, it looks new again. "Walked in and looked at 3 cars on display in the showroom and that was it. Chose the one I really liked and drove away happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone has a role in the buying experience and they all make a great team. Jake is the salesman I worked with and would highly recommend working with him or any other sales associate there, you will not be disappointed. He asked what I was looking for and I honestly had no clue what I wanted. He asked what color I would like, dislike, features, etc. I am very simple so I didn't need fancy but all these vehicles now days are very fancy. I did get the color I wanted and I certainly drove away happy."
