NO ONE was at the salon and no one answered me. I sat outside for 45 minutes waiting and calling to get my hair and makeup done. I am now screwed for this event. Horrendous customer service"

"I was looking for a new hairstylist and found this salon as highly rated. Let me start by saying that Google came through! Alex was genuine and listened to my needs and gave me the haircut that fits me. Another staff member was telling me about their line of Aveda products. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each one. The atmosphere was comfortable with light pop music playing overhead. Another patron was sitting near me and started chatting with me. It felt neighborly to be welcomed not only by staff but even the customers! If you're looking for a salon that wants to meet your expectations check out Bella Vida Salon."
