"This is my new nail place! The techs are kind and friendly. My daughter and I decided at the last minute to get our nails done. My nail place sold their shop and the new owners did not do a great job on my daughter's nails and charged her twice the cost. We stopped by Haute Nails and they were packed but they fit us in and we both ended up with beautiful nails for Easter."

"My fiancé went here yesterday to get her nails done and they cut her skin and she’s been bleeding. This isn’t an exaggeration. She said to the lady doing her nails that she was bleeding and that it hurt but all she said “well you wanted short nails!” The worst part was it was the owner, May. I’m not one to make reviews like this but I think it’s necessary so I can help other people not have to go to this place. Please look for other options to get your nails done, this place is not it!"

"I've always gone to this place because it was close to home. But after this experience I will NEVER go back here. I go in and ask for a light light pink and I show her the picture, then the na tech looks at me and says Really??? Like excuse me?? She then rushed through my pedicure. Which I did not enjoy. She then cuts too much of my skin. After the pedicure was over I saw my toe was red and swollen. I then asked her and she said red? Where I don't see. Mind you my friend was sitting next to me and could see it. She then proceeded to say it was my shoes?? Lady I'm wearing crocs???? Then when I was walking to pay she started talking in her language so much and being so obnoxious. Never going back here ever again."

"To be honest my experience here was not so good. The guy who checked me in was very nice and offered water. From there it was down hill. The lady who was doing my nails would not listen to me. I got a gel powder manicure to remove my cuticles but she kept pushing them down. I had to tell her like 5 times, "please remove my cuticles " where she removed a couple a couple and left the others which you will see in the pics. I like the powder gel manis because it lasts until I get them done again, no problem, USUALLY. The nails them selves started all cracking off around 4-5 days after I got them done. I dont know if this was because she kept grinding on my actual nails messing them up or why this happens but that is another thing I had to stop asking her to do I get the most expensive powder gel so I do not tear up my real nails and bed and she kept grinding away anyway. The cost was $50 with tip of course because we never know they are going to start cracking up and falling off a few days later. This is more then most other shops in the area too which is $40 -$45 with tip. I can not recommend this place there are much better around. These pics I took 5 days after getting them done 2000 miles away or I would have went back to them. The last pic is now today 8 days later. Cuticles look scant less as do my nails. Also at the end she asked me if she could "clean up my eyebrows" which I informed her I just had them done professionally at ulta two days before. All bad. STAY AWAY!"
