"I recently moved to the area and after reading reviews, went to Vicky for a fill on my Russian volume lashes. I explained that my lashes had been rehabbed after a poor artist had used excessive glue and pre-made fans for volume, which caused excessive fallout and breakage. Although she was pleasant and the lashes looked great that day, I quickly became aware that Vicky had also used excessive glue and pre-made fans which were way too heavy for my lashes to maintain. Within the first week, I had lost several fans made of 6+ lashes, in addition to my natural lashes. The heavy fans and globs of glue were getting in my eyes and from the day of my visit until I had the lashes removed by another artist, my vision was blurry. I attempted to contact Vicky directly, hoping for at the very least an apology or even a partial refund, but I received nothing. She simply did a quick and sloppy job without regard to the damage. After spending $90 for her substandard work, it cost an additional $200+ to have the lashes removed and re-done properly by another artist (who was absolutely appalled by Vicky's work). Do NOT have your lashes done here!!!!"
