"Avoid this place at all costs. I had been growing out my eyebrows for months and was so happy to finally love how they looked. Went in and specified that I only wanted them cleaned up, specified to keep them thick and she thinned them out SO much that I have been upset for days looking at them. Absolutely inexcusable to take out several rows of hairs. When I was trying to explain how I wanted them shaped she quickly dismissed me and wanted to begin and was very rushed. Not to mention the lady coughed into her hand before she started threading me and was so aggressive with her technique. I can’t believe I even paid after my service as she saw how visibly upset I was, she didn’t even know what to respond. Don’t know how this place has high ratings."
