"This office has "general dentists" of limited experience! They don't know how to submit an ins claim accurately (three months of mistakes). One dentist never finished my dental work as he stated: "I was too busy!" That's when I left. I received an extremely ill-fitting denture. They REFUSED to send back to factory for alignment and tried to give me free samples of denture paste to satisfy the problem. I will not give any recommendation to this "outfit". They are unprofessional and not trustworthy. These are "amateur" dentists at best. If you don't want to suffer sub-standard quality dentistry, stay far away from Az. Family Dental!!! I wouldn't want any patient to go through what I went through. Comlaints have been filed with the appropriate agencies!"
"People are very nice. I have seen 2 dentists in 2 visits so I’m hoping to be able to stick with one as that’s what I’m used to. The only thing I was surprised about was after my cleaning usually the dentist would come and look at your teeth. This didn’t happen so I guess it’s not part of the cleaning. Overall so far I am pleased."
"The culture in this office is the best I have seen - all the staff from front to back are friendly, kind, and thoughtful. It is refreshing to see a dental office that has made a commitment to the highest standard of patient care. Dr Vacanti is an excellent dentist, explains things well, and shows film and CT imaging to help explain a treatment plan. This office is top-notch and really cares about quality dental outcomes. I have been to several dental offices in the past 5 years and this is definitely the best I have seen."
