"I’ve been with Haley for years. She does an incredible job, definitely Phoenix’s best brow girl! But when Haley is unavailable I’ll get in with Bianca and I leave her chair just as happy as I leave Haley’s chair. She is very meticulous in her work and does the same level of work. You can’t go wrong with either of these brow artists!"

"Bianca provided my services for a Lammi and a tint to my brows. The process was very new for me. I went to the wrong address and was late and I had booked additional services and I paid for the services I did not receive because I believe it is my responsibility. I understand fully in the service industry your time is your money. The tint lasted 24 hours and I was told by Bianca it would last much longer. The Lammi lasted 48 hours. I followed the aftercare to the letter yet this was my outcome. In addition, when the process was completed one brow was much shorter than the other Bianca said well you don't have any hair there so that's the way they came out. It would have been more professional and considerate in my opinion; to inform me of the difference before providing the service and providing me an option to choose if I wanted them done if one was remarkably shorter than the other as an outcome. I paid for the service made another appointment with the understanding that it would look better by my next appointment once they grew back so I had hoped that maybe they would look better. However the service that was provided didn't last more than 2 days. I requested the money back only for the services that were rendered. I would expect her to keep the other money because it was not her fault that I was late and those were the only two services she could perform. I will update this post regarding my requested refund from Bianca at Brown Jedi and how it is handled."
