"Had a great massage from John. The facilities (steam room, showers) are basic but nice, nothing fancy. I thought the hour massage rate was very reasonable and had a good overall experience."

"If I could just rate the techs I had it would be better. For Christmas, my husband bought me a $200 gift card for this place. But the spa itself is less than average. Really small! Two different times I went and paid for a 50 minute Mani....and both times it didn't last more than 30. They did decent jobs but I am paying for 50 minutes. Then both times when I tried to call to schedule it literally took me a week to before anyone answered. I left multiple messages each time and asked for calls back but nobody ever called. I had to keep calling. I was to the point where I was going to drive there and get my money back on the card and be done with it. It is REALLY REALLY disappointing customer service! Once my gift card is used up I am done with it. Too many other really good places out there. This place is NOT one of them!. I would NOT recommend it!"

"Me and my boyfriend went for a couples massage and it was the best experience for us! Lydia and Sherri did a wonderful job accommodating our needs. We went to the pool before, drank our sangria, showered and got ready for our massage in the relaxation room. Great place!!"

"I’ve literally paid less for WAAAAY better spa experiences. I bought a groupon and it was still $180 for a massage and facial with a drink and I was NEVER offered a drink and supposedly my facial was never scheduled so they asked if I could come back another time. The massage was just ok but I was very disappointed and RUINED my whole experience. They didn’t let me go out to the pool and they didn’t know what was going on. I would highly not recommend. You can find better places for less money."

"Looks great but steam room was not working. Locker room was out of towels. Sunscreen lotion and hair spray was provided. Had to be escorted to the pool area not come and go. For couple's massage you are in separate rooms. I wanted the Himalayan salt massage like my bf got and somehow just got the standard massage. Seemed to be miscommunication on what was allowed for Groupon. My massage therapist was excellent though. The complimentary smoothie was disappointing more like fruit punch juice."
