"Though the repairs to my car have been fixed, there are multiple things that I am NOT happy with as a customer. To begin the damage done to my vehicle was minor, CARSTAR had my car for a total of 6 weeks. I was told that I would be contacted 3 days a week however, there were multiple times where I wouldn’t be contacted for days. No calls, texts, email, or even a simple apology for the delay. I then received a call stating that there may be another possible week until my car would be finished, then was called back within 5 minutes to be told that it was ready within that very second. As I arrived at the shop the doors were locked, no one inside and lights off. I waited a total of 20 minutes before both employers came back to unlock the door, explaining that they were on a lunch break being that BOTH went at the same time and are the ONLY two who work at the store. As I received my keys, the first thing that I noticed was that someone had been joy riding around in MY car. Someone left their coffee cup in the cupholder, the drivers seat AND passenger seat had been moved and not set to the adjustments of how I left my car, and to make matters worse, the front left tire had gone completely out of air! I was thankful enough to be able to make it to a discount tire 1 minute from the shop just to be told that they could not put air in the tire due to there being a nail. Clearly this is not how I left my vehicle! That being stated I was left with the only option of getting a new tire, which I did not have the expenses for at such an inconvenient time or putting on the donut. Lastly, as I know I am responsible for my own belongings I unfortunately left my garage opener in the rental that was left at CARSTAR during the exchange. The moment I realized I immediately reached out to enterprise to confirm if they had yet picked up the vehicle and was told that it was still in CARSTAR’S possession. At this time they had already closed and I was locked outside of my home until 11:00 PM trying to think of every way possible of how to get in. ( The back gate, backyard sliding door, windows and front door all securely locked) Come the next morning I immediately reached out to enterprise (aware that CARSTAR is closed on weekends) with asking the possibility of reaching an employer to explain my situation also being that I was ONLY 3 minutes away from the shop from having to stay at a relatives from being locked out and could quickly come to pick up my garage opener. It took enterprise 2 hours to get back in contact with me and informed that the employer simply told them no and that I would have to wait till Monday. Again I am fully aware that I am responsible for the upkeep of my belongings and being understanding to how one would not want to meet on their day off, however I feel at the very least someone could have met with me after such disappointing services. I will NOT be going back nor will I be recommending CARSTAR."
"I ended up going to this location instead of the one I thought was the one appointment location, but Mark was friendly and helped me find the right one without hesitation or trying to force me to go through him if I do end up needing this locations services I will definitely go would recommend!"
"I took my 2018 Mustang to Carstar at Westgate. Mark was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making me feel very confident that I chose the right shop to fix my car. I dropped it off on Friday, Jan. 19th and was told it would be about 2 weeks until it was done. Well, it was ready to be picked up a couple days early, looking fantastic! I hope I won't need to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I will choose Carstar!"

"I highly recommend Carstar of Westgate. 5 stars is not enough for this collision shop, if I could give more I would. Their staff were amazing and very helpful. Quick service and very trustworthy. I was involved in a hit and run, Took in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for an estimate. Anh, my estimator, was awesome and kept me updated throughout the whole process of the repairs of my vehicle . Hopefully I never have to take my vehicle back to a collision shop but if I ever do I will definitely be coming back to Carstar of Westgate!!! 10/10"
