"I was referred to Whoa, Lash. Brows & Nails by my granddaughter who had a set of acrylics, and a pedicure done the day we arrived in Arizona for Thanksgiving. I called to see if I needed an appointment, but was told I could come in immediately. This husband and wife team only opened the doors to their salon 5 months earlier. They are both very personable, courteous, and professional. I found the salon to be warm, welcoming, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I explained what I wanted done, requesting medium length coffin shaped nails in a sparkling burgundy shade of gel polish. They turned out great! Even though It's already been 9 days since I had them done, they still look as great as they did on the first day. I will definitely be going back again when we return to Arizona. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves taking the time to pamper themselves with personal care with those who enjoy providing great service."

"I arrived for my appointment on time. I was asked if it was ok if the guy sitting at the booth do my appointment was ok. I said sure. This was my first time ever getting a manicure and pedicure. It suggested by my sons to give it a try. After arriving home my girlfriend looked at the job they did and was really upset. My toe nails were sharp and not smooth. My finger nails were the same way. I choose this place because of it 5 star reviews. Also it is only about 5 minutes from my place. I even told them this was my first time getting this done. Maybe the person who did my treatment was a novice with little experience. All I can say is if it’s is the way they treat first time customers I’m really surprised at the 5 star reviews. My treatment was $65.00. I left a $15.00 tip. My girlfriend was really upset about that also. I won’t be going back to this place of business again."
