"Because Steve listened to me regarding keeping the length of my hair I continued to keep him as my hairdresser. However, he was often behind. I trusted him after going to him for 3 years. Then when I decide to go a little bit shorter he did not listen and cut way too much off. He also kept me waiting for 1 hour. He even had the gall to say, "it will grow back". This comment assured me that he had in fact not paid attention to me and was now just try to brush it off. Obviously I will no longer use him. I am so disappointed."
