"DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!! I asked for balayage and ended up getting highlights that just started halfway. Not only did they leave the bleach in my hair for 2 hours (with no previous coloring) but after 4 hours they were not close to being done. Save yourselves and your hair!! Because they will kill it!!"
