"Stylist came in about 5 minutes after store opening, looking like she overslept or was hungover. The computer said it would be a six minute wait (I was next in line). It turned into a 20 minute wait because that person who came in tired/hungover was doing something in the back for 15-20 minutes. When the stylist finally came out and called out my name, she had a nonchalant bored attitude. Not once did she engage in any conversation with me. Not once did she smile. She seemed disinterested and uncaring, and gave off negative vibes. I had never met a more unfriendly, disinterested hair stylist at any hair location. I tried to make small talk but was met with one or two word answers. The haircut was OK. Was not great, but was not bad. But the demeanor, attitude and friendliness of the stylist was non existent. I have her name, only to ensure that I do not get a haircut from her in the future if I decide to return to this location."
