"I walked in and was happy I walked out. I had made an appointment to retouch my roots. When I got there I was not greeted at all, I had to wait 15 to check in then after checking in waited another 15 minutes only for them to tell me they could not do the job. They did not even apologize. Never coming back and was glad they did not touch my hair. I feel like they don’t like to do their job, like if they were forced to be there."
