"I was purposely LIED too by the office manager . ( And I normally don't use that word lightly) . And because of it , It cost me $100 . When you purposely don't inform , or knowingly withold information from your patients regarding their options ,and or treatment , and do so just to make a profit , I call that theft , and unethical . And when this office manager was questioned , she became belligerent , very rude ,And changed her story to me 3 times before hanging up on me . I'm not sure if Dr Yoza is FULLY aware of what happened , or not . All I know is that the Office Managers mistake , or incompetence cost me $100 . And then her sweet facade disappeared when questioned about the fee. As a paying customer , I don't deserve to be treated like that , plain and simple . I asked to speak to Dr Yoza , and have had no response as of yet. The Dr and his staff may know their office "PROCEDURES " and "PROTOCOLS" , As the office manager repeatedly used these two words to me . But the patients however , DO NOT . and WILL NOT unless they are explained to them . If you do not properly , HONESTLY inform the patient of his/her options then you have not given them the proper care that they DESERVE. This rude , deceitful , arrogant office manager seems to have forgotten that it is THE PATIENTS that drive , and support Dr Yoza's practice , NOT HER . And she would be well advised to remember this , and treat his patients with respect , rather than with disdain ."
