"Everything about my visit was exceptional. I was extremely nervous and anxious and not looking forward to having dental work done. Katie in the front office was so helpful preparing me for what to expect and every one i came into contact with genuinely tried to make me comfortable and ease my anxiety. "I was experiencing tooth pain and couldn’t be seen by my original provider soon enough, but after giving a call to Smile Science, and telling them my situation, Katie made it a point to help get me seen the same day as a new patient! Upon arrival Dana was very friendly and helpful with the check in process. They made me feel very welcome, and I was offered refreshments while waiting as well. Once taken back, the experience was very pleasant. The dentists were very thorough, and kind. I was kept very pleasant company by Dana while waiting for the dentist to come and check me out. Loved the energy from the staff so much so they made me want to come back specifically for them! The place is also lovely :) the t.v.s on the ceiling are my favorite touch!"

"I was a walk in patient. I've had this problem with my teeth. Over the holidays it became painful & I needed to get something done. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted & told I could be seen this morning. Anthony who happened to be working the front desk was friendly & understood my pain, he got me quickly registered. Dr. Dawson was equally as friendly and assured me that he could take care of the issue that i had come into the office for today. He & I had a discussion about my general dental needs & I felt his knowledge & understanding of my situation & dentistry in general. I was very happy about my outcome, the cost & its less than a week for my follow up appointment. At this time we agreed to do a more comprehensive examination & assessment of my overall dental needs.
