"I was in today and Holly cut my hair. What an incredible experience! Thoughtful, kind, and a great haircut. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to her personally!"

"I would give 0 if I could. The old lady with pink hair cut my 6 year old son's hair and it was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE we've ever had in the salon. She talked about the vaccines I gave my son is what causes his delays (without being prompted); She held my son's head down FORCEFULLY when he started to squirm (over stimulated and crying); and then SLAPS my hand when going to wipe hair and tears from my son's chin, (said 'because she was scared of injuring my son with the scissors.') I allowed her to finish the haircut, I tipped, took my son to the car and came back to tell her what she did was absurd! I had NO issue with the haircut!!! BUT next time, SHUT UP AND KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF!!!! She should be held accountable and I have heard nothing from this store's owner. I called corporate the day it happened and was told the owner would be in contact within 24 hours and that hasn't happened. There would be no way I would ever go back to ANY great clips and wouldn't recommend this location if they are in support of an employee who carries herself that way in business."

"1st bad experience was with my 2 year old grandson a lady named.CJ cut his hair and gave him razor burn and cut his ear and while he was bleeding told my grandaughter to hold him down. He is terrified to get his hair cut she scared him with other salons. 2nd time was with an older stylist he said he.was in his 70 and cut my grandaughters hair who was getting married in 2 days and her hair was noticably uneven and refused to fix his mistake. She had to go to another salon and it took another person to fix the horrible mess.left by the 1st man.There is only one stylist at location who knows her stuff,dont use anyone at 43rd and Bell except Theresa.at that location ! I left message for General supervisor to please call us and that was over 25 days ago and have absolutely heard nothing from her. At the present time that location has no manager and the supervisor doesn't bother to return calls. I know for a fact she was given the message! This is very bad business practice and does not live up to the Great Clip reputation! I have used Great Clips in Washington State,Florida, Illinois, Arizona, and Oregon, I have never had any problems with any of those locations until 43rd Avenue and Bell totally screwed us over. If you choose to go there only use Theresa. Her hours are monday and friday from 2pm to close and saturday and sunday 10am to close.At.the present time she is only stylist who can cut hair,CJ and othe older man stylist can not be trusted to cut hair properly! "Was not happy with stylist and way she cut my hair. The last 2 times we had haircuts at the 43 Ave shop have been disappointing. Planning on going somewhere else next time. We have been coming here for over 15 years and never been unhappy until now. Is Brittney going to return she was the best."

"Teresa is our preferred hair stylist! She is very nice, she knows how to work with many types of hair. She can use the clippers and can do scissor cuts, Just communicate what you are looking for. We always get seen in a timely fashion. It's better to check in online first before heading over. It can get busy very fast. The other ladies are very nice too!"
