"I've been going back to this nail spa by my house more times than I can count, mainly because it's so close and super convenient. But honestly, every time I tell myself it's the last time. Their gel manicures look good at first but barely last 2-3 days before they start chipping. This last visit was the worst; my gel nails started peeling off the very next day! I've finally learned my lesson. Even though it's right around the corner, it's just not worth it. I'm definitely not going back. I cannot recommend this spa and will be seeking better alternatives, even if it means a longer commute."

"I LOVE Luster nails and spa! I went there for the first time today and I was in awe about what amazing service they provided.The place was so fancy and clean! My nail technician was so sweet and very talented and the whole staff was so kind and patient.I got my nails done under 30 minutes! With design, my total was $58 which was not too bad considering what a really good job they did. I WILL be coming back and you should too. Luster nails and spa did not disappoint! Can’t wait to go back!"

"I paid for a polish change and a dip removal- they charged me $25. After an hour and a half my nails were still wet and were in a terrible state . In response to my request for a refund- they said that my nails wouldn’t be dry for several hours (even though the nail tech who did my nails said they were dry and good to go), and I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I’m super disappointed. I’d go back in, but I am 5 and a half months pregnant and the salon had poor ventilation and was breathing in the fumes and nail shavings. Cherry on top was when I explained myself again and told them I couldn’t come in to have them fix it, and still requested my refund… They hung up on me."
