"The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Bhangoo is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. She took the time fully go over my dental health and presented several options on how to improve my teeth — and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. For the first time in years, after visiting Dr. Bhangoo, I feel comfortable returning to the dental office knowing I am im in good hands. "Let me start by staying I do not like getting my teeth cleaned… I’ve had some bad experiences. With that said, I know how important it is, so I do it. However, knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t do it anywhere other than with Dr. Bhangoo and her team!! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was greeted at the front desk with a smile and felt the staff was truly happy I was there. I was taken to the back by the most wonderful assistant, Pearl! Pearl was kind and very patient with me as she was taking impressions for a night guard. She answered all my questions and seemed happy to do so. Then I was with the hygienist, Sherri. Sherri was extremely knowledgeable and gentle and gave great advice in regards to my dental health. Sherri was compassionate and it was obvious she loves what she does. After Sherri, I was with Dr. Bhangoo. The compassion continued. Dr was kind and really took the time to listen to me and explain treatment options. "I was coming to this office to see Dr. Margetis before he retired, and truly enjoyed the service and staff. I have remained with this office during the transition to Dr. Bhangoo and the service and staff have remained exceptional! Dr. Bhangoo is kind, gentle, and really listens. She takes her time and gets to know the patients. It’s obvious she’s passionate about maintaining the happiness of the patients that have been coming to this office, and she goes out of her way to make them comfortable and put them at ease. I could easily see from the beginning that her priority was to make the transition between dentists as smooth as possible. From the time you walk in you feel welcome, thanks to Gabbi at the front desk. Once in the chair, I can’t say enough about Sherri… she is the best dental hygienist ever! I have never gone to a dentist office for a cleaning without being in pain afterwards UNTIL I began coming to this office and seeing Sherri.
