"I’ve been fortunate to visit a couple of Risas sites. All locations have been nothing but amazing. Unfortunately, due to the average communities of their locations, there’s a stigma and perhaps seen as not that great. Let me say, it’s the total opposite. Upon entering, their hospitality is amazing and all front desk staff is incredibly welcoming. Not only do they immediately offer one water, but they ask if you want it room temperature or ice cold. I’m honest in saying, I’ve never received that kind gesture—no matter if it seems small. My daughter was experiencing pain. We were able to schedule a same day appointment. She has always had a fear of dentists but she reported, she felt comfortable as soon as she sat on that dentist chair. Once her check-up was completed, Fernanda was able to describe all the treatment my daughter would need and answered every single question we had. Not once did I feel I was being overbearing or did she make me feel uncomfortable. She was genuine, friendly and very helpful. My daughter was scheduled for the next day for treatment and was pleasantly taken care of. Her treatment isn’t fully complete but the main issue has been taken care of. She will most definitely be returning to complete her treatment and for her regular checkups. May I add, they actually have pretty good music playing in the background too. :)"
