"Had gel manicure done. Asked the nail stylist to be more careful around my cuticles. She kept saying “don’t worry “. Left with right hand middle finger bloody and bruised. Staff were rude and offered NO discount at all. The whole experience was rushed and I left with a nail injury. No apology from management. Don’t go there."

"Went here for a pedicure, my friend and I were being treated by my brother in law. The staff will give you side eyes, talk in their own language in front of you, and give you attitude. My friend and I were suppose to get the same color polish, and they gave her a way lighter shade than me. Than the woman that was working on her moved her to a different seat far away from me, and the worker didn’t clean up her cuticles where she had paint all over , put a top coat on her nails. We personally didn’t have a good experience."

"I am new to the area and in the search of a go to salon. I was really looking forward to going this Friday as this place has wonderful reviews. I called ahead to make sure I could be seen. Got there, had no issue getting in to see someone. Also the salon is very clean, which is why I choose to give two stars. My pedicure was alright not the most even application of polish, my manicure... a different story. After the three coats of polish were quickly and sloppily applied, the worker abruptly left and another worker came to put on a top coat, I had asked if she could touch up the edges that were a disaster, she touched up some however I am very, very disappointed with the outcome. My manicure was very rushed. The super nice woman in front was concerned that I was upset and said she would get the manager, however there was no reconciliation with the issue and I left. I will continue my search for a salon that does a more detailed and thorough job."
