"The owner is never honest prices are listed on the menu. But when she is done doin the work she will hustle you out of money. Fills are 45 she will make the bill go up even when you just did a fill and didn't do anything extra. Even if she tells you the price upfront she will lie in the end. I paid the extra money but will not go there again can't stand doin business with dishonest people. I always tip good as well. Plenty of nail shops. She lost a loyal customer even brought in people and a family who spent 400 dollars. Her attitude will lose business. Went there pretty much around ten times noticed she did it couple times but confronted her and she would correct it this time she didn't knowingly she charged me extra and even admitted it. You can tell she's losing business."

"I have been coming here every 2-3 weeks since it was Scottsdale 2020 nails. On Saturday, 4/22/2023, I had an appointment for a Gel Builder fill & pedicure. It started getting busy while my nails were getting done. Michelle did not finish my nails before she moved me to get my pedicure. After my pedicure, she started doing a design that I did not like. I said "I did not want a design and just wanted a top coat". I had been there for 2 hours already at this point. She started to argue with me about putting a top coat on. She insisted that she did. She did not. She rushed me to get a pedicure to started working on the next client. Instead of just putting a top coat on, she argued and spoke to me like I was stupid. 2 days later, my nails are scuffed up because there was not a top coat. I do not give businesses who treat me or other customers disrespectfully second chances. It is unfortunate I have been coming to this location - first as Scottsdale 2020 and then as Gellishious - since February 2021."
