"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I did a pedicure and a dip manicure. When I asked the lady to massage me a little harder she got so offended and said she wouldn’t and that was the best she could do. But I was paying for a massage with my pedicure and she did not want to give me a massage. She was just petting me before I asked her to press harder, very unfair. She also recommended I go to a separate massage spa if I was looking for a better massage. Her reaction to me asking her if she can press a little harder was very disrespectful. when I asked the lady that was doing my manicure to file my nails a little bit more she got argumentative and said I wanted more coats and that if they break it’s not her fault. They were both very disrespectful. This place does not have a good customer service. They did not know how to handle and react to the situation accordingly."

I now get my dip done every month because Sheila kills it every time! She's helped my natural nails grow to a healthy length, shapes them perfectly, and ensures the dip is long-lasting every time. I always ask her to help me decide on colors and I'm never disappointed. Pro tip: She also makes her own dip colors - try Sheila #2 for the perfect pinkish white. I've gotten so many compliments on that one. Sheila also has such a great personality and sense of humor which makes every visit so enjoyable."
