"This review is long overdue. I was waiting to post until my child was finished with all the dental work needed. Before I talk about the reason for my rating let me start by saying the front office staff and dental assistants at the office of 107th & Lower Buckeye are AMAZING. Respectful, helpful, friendly- all of the above. Dr. Bukahari- Amazing Experience, Dr. Rodney- Amazing Experience. All of these people deserve a 5 star rating, they’re amazing. The bad stars go specifically to one person in this office. Dr. Sachar. She is the absolute worse doctor I have ever encountered and I have been to several offices for my kids. Some staying after hours just to make sure my kids are taken care of. My son had to get work done so we scheduled him to go in. It was her shift that day and he was her last appointment for the day. She LITERALLY told us that since her previous appointment ran longer than expected she would not be able to do the work we were told would be done. Her exact words were, “Well my shift is over at 4pm”. I have NEVER heard a dentist tell me this before. My son had already been on the laughing gas for about 15 minutes being prepped for his appointment and I had already left work early just for the appointment. The original plan for the appointment was to cap 2 teeth that were bothering him, but she wanted to pull his two front teeth instead because it was the easiest of the work he needed done. I told her this wasn’t where he was having pain and she came back with “well technically he is having pain in 3 different locations not just that side”. You can imagine my frustration but since my son was already in her hands I kept my cool. I refused to pull the teeth and was close to pulling him out of the chair altogether but she finally said she would do just one of his caps but only use a temporary cap because again her shift was over soon. Since he was in pain, I agreed. She rushed the entire procedure. My son cried during the process of being numbed. Let me tell you, he’s been numbed at about 5 different appointments 3 times with the other doctors at this office and NEVER has he reacted to it. It made me tear up, it even made some of the staff tear up- this is not an over-exaggeration. She dropped the cap in my sons mouth from rushing, she’s lucky she was able to grab it before it went down his throat (made him gag). He wouldn’t have been able to do anything since his mouth was pried open. She had no patience with anybody not even her own staff. I watched as she would hit her assistants hand away every time she would try to help her. Made a comment to her assistant that I overheard during the procedure “What Dr. Bukahari doesn’t like to do caps” and her assistant just said nicely, “we needed prior auth so she did what she could at his previous appointment”. I watched the clock as she grabbed her purse and walked out of the office, it was 3:59pm. Right on time for her shift! My son wasn’t even out of the chair still. I cannot emphasize enough, DO NOT take your children to her! Why this office still has her around is beyond me. She isn’t even a Pediatric Dentist. If she has no patience for her own staff, she definitely won’t have patience for you or your children."

"So I have been here several times with my son. And I just want to say that. I love coming here the front desk receptionist is so helpful when she checked us in. She greeted my son when we where at the front desk, which was very nice to me. Her personality is so great and welcoming. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family."

"They wouldn’t let me go back while my daughter got her cavities filled. I was not comfortable with that at all. On her second visit she was freaking out so much that she had to come back to be sedated. She told me it was because I wasn’t back there with her. They also mis-quoted me by over $200 because they didn’t check the sheet to see if the computer had calculated everything correctly. Then said sedation was an extra $100. Then when I called again they told me sedation was an extra $200. So it was like they kept giving me random prices every time. I let them finish the work since I already paid, but we will not go back."
