"The smell inside this place is terrible. I don’t know what it is but it’s overwhelming. It’s dirty. Everything in there was dirty they must not ever clean anything. The technician doing my manicure cut my cuticles too short and made me bleed. It was just I mean overall just a terrible manicure."
"Went here for a pedicure and was extremely uncomfortable. I get about 1 pedi a year just to relieve stress and this place was not relaxing. First let's talk about the smell. When I walked in, I was punched in the face with cat litter box odor. Extremely high amounts of ammonia. My nose was burning. Then, the chair they put me in only had 1 working function on the whole remote. Couldn't even turn it off for him to paint without shaking. The TV was on with a little bit of volume. The music on the speakers was going. And then their young child was in the same room watching loud inappropriate tiktoks on their phone. It was beyond over stimulating and not relaxing at all. And I was the ONLY customer in there. Go figure. My toes look great but the whole experience was NOT worth that and $50! Awful awful. Will never go back."
"I went to this nail salon during my lunch yesterday and I had the best experience ever. Sam did my nails and they are so beautiful. I have received so many compliments. Everyone was very accommodating. They asked if I wanted to drink anything, they made sure I was comfortable, and the music was great. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends."
