"Deceptive people. They lied to me when I bought a car from them for over 65k. It was discovered that it was painted differently on the right side of the car. You talked to us about this and they said we will fix your car. However you expect them to tell me the car is beyond repair. I was cheated and when I became angry after that, I was taken out in a humiliating manner by the manager who had no manners in dealing with her. My experience is bad and I do not advise anyone to deal with them, as they are ugly, deceitful and very liars"

"Service for my BMW was needed for an oil change ONLY. Brake work was NEVER discussed. Steve is sneaky. I will be contacting BBB because a $120 oil job turned into a $440 total job. Spoke with manager, he refused to make anything right. Claiming job was done!! Yes, job was but not by my request. Every time I go to service it’s always “something” we are done with Arrowhead. This is the last for me. (I believe they accidentally did the brake fluid, then noticed they messed up and then charged us.)"

He was able to make sure that I had lyft rides Home and to work the next morning and even back home again While my car was Is getting it's finishing touches.
