"Booked an appointment for me and my daughter. She snagged my daughter’s eyebrow piercing so hard she made it bleed. She ended up with a headache for the rest of the day into the next because of it. Our color looks terrible. My daughter has a blonde section on the bottom of her hair and she slopped color and bleach on it and it’s now several different shades of color. She missed several spots on my hair, around my hairline and by my ears. When shampooing she left a whole bunch of shampoo on the right side of my head and I had to mention it. She didn’t know what the previous stylist did even though I told her that I was pretty sure the last stylist did hi-lights all over she only did the top and I ended up looking like a skunk. I contacted my last stylist and sure enough, she said she did highlights all over. As a professional hairstylist, I would think she should have known where the highlights are and would be pretty obvious to a trained professional. Only reason I didn’t go to the last stylist was because she just had a baby. I went back for a redo with Sunny and still have spots that are not colored and the sides she highlighted the second go around are much darker than the top so it looks off. There was hair all over the floor right where she sat me, so clearly didn’t clean after last client. She’s very rough and does not pay attention to detail. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced this at a salon before and I have been to more than I would like to admit. We won’t be back."
