"I absolutely adore going to this place for the incredible work Hollie does on men’s eyebrows. She has been shaping my eyebrows for a little over a year now, and her positive attitude never fails to impress me. Hollie is not only consistent in her work, but also in her friendly demeanor. It’s hard to find a better aesthetician than her. I highly recommend her for her excellent and consistent work."

"They’re ok… they were nice and helpful the first time I went. They try to finish super fast but that doesn’t mean they get all the hairs out. It feels very rushed. They’re kinda pushy for you to book a follow-up appointment & they verbally said they have a policy about $25 fee for no shows.. which isn’t stated on their website or they never mention that to you ever… Until you miss your appointment. They’re apps and emails are faulty, sometimes coupons and reminders don’t give you notifications. Lastly, if you miss an appointment they are NOT accommodating to waive that fee whatsoever (SO BEWARE). This strict policy and the way they went about it, personally I won’t be going back. I don’t think it’s fair & clear to the clients."
